1. A plate of fruits, in the room, on the arrival.

2. Lady bringing FT in the morning and a cake in the evening, with a nice smile that is not agressively asking for tips… that would make you feel not at home. Paying tips on every second step reminds you about the hustle.

3. All bloody good hotels charge you extra for Internet – we hate them for this. But they do it all the time.

4. A pool, a big one, with ultrasonic cleaning system, a sauna, and a spa, a proper one.

5. A good spread of caviar in the executive launge. 24×7 if possible please. Business never sleeps.

6. 100% natural or close to 100% linnen, I hate plastic.

This usually does the trick. The rest comes in the package.
